I made my first purchase last February and the experience wasn't great. Had trouble getting "comfortable" with her (Anna 135). Long story short, I determined she was a bit too small so she got put back into the box after about four months. Fast forward to this weekend, I finally have enough for a larger doll, but did I really want one? I decided to bring Ashley back out for another try. Fairly certain I cleaned her meticulously, but found patches of [mold??] on her skin that couldn't be wiped off. Checked her orifices and the wipes came out yellow at first and black as I got deeper. Took a look inside... clean for the first few inches and then gradually turned black. ugh... So, should I be cleaning them periodically even when not in use? Or was I just not cleaning good enough to begin with? The head's still fine, but it was never boxed up. Unfortunately, I think the body is just a waste of space at this point. Suggestions for disposal?

I'm thinking about making another purchase and have the 168cm medium bust on my mind, but the link to preview always goes to Jennifer who is a 165cm. Is the 165cm a medium bust, too? I'm thinking about going with Olivia but not seeing any forum posts for her. She new?

I got Ashley (Anna 135) two days ago and I was anxious to get her dressed and photographed so I could show her off. Unfortunately, due to her mid-February trip from NJ to MN, she arrived in Elsa mode. Not wanting to give her a Disney princess name, but wanting to note the occasion I just flipped it: AShLEy. Anyway, her hips are so stiff they barely move. I got them up just enough so she can sit in a chair and can't get them down again. I heard that can be an issue in the winter and seeing as how her TPE is still cold to the touch I'm guessing they don't retain heat long. For the last hour I've had her on the bed with a heating pad over her hips with a blanket over her to retain the heat... but of course heat rises, so I don't think it's going to get joint deep and I'm uncomfortable with the situation altogether. You're not supposed to use a heating pad underneath a human... but I don't know if I dare with a doll. Suggestions?
