So I ordered the Tiffany doll 168-105 head on 4/23/2020. I waited multiple days for shipping/tracking information with nothing. I emailed them and finally receive tracking on 5/1/2020. Its supposed to ship via UPS Ground and had a delivery date of 5/5/2020. Well today is 5/8 and I keep checking tracking and it hasn’t moved. It shows Label created/ Order processed ready for UPS. Usually this means the shipper hasn’t packaged or had UPS pick it up. I emailed MLD again and David saya he is sure it shipped. But I’ve now been waiting 2 weeks and have nothing to show for my money. Just curious if anyone else has had issues like this with shipping. This is my first time ordering here and if I get what I ordered then I look to becoming a repeat customer. But so far I’m not sure what to think. I understand with all that’s going on things can be slow. But I just think something would have happened by now
