Many photos on the website and in the forums show different lipstick and makeup options. Do the dolls come with different options? Or, are those touches done by the owners? Thanks!

Thanks so much for the thoughtful, thorough, and helpful reply! I’m definitely more informed now - those photos helped a ton! But, it hasn’t made my decision easier They all look wonderful! Though, I think I did decide on the 6 head with short hair. That photo was awesome.
