I noticed that the dolls come with a cleaning kit. does that refer to a kit for cleaning the doll's skin, holes, or both?

I am thinking about getting her and there is a few alright pics on the forum, but I can't tell what her vagina looks like when in a resting position in any pictures (Or at least not with her legs super far apart, which one person posted here)
