can you use the ts-01 torso for spare tpe for your doll?

i already ask on ld so i will ask here also. has anyone tried '3M Scotch-Weld Instant Adhesive Surface Activator' on their doll? i read on tdf about using it instead of glue. he said it did not eat the tpe up like tpe glue. still trying to find something that will work. it sounds promising so i thought i would ask someone here that knows a lot more about it than me. thanks
