Yup... I've emailed customer service at Roxy display, David at mistress love doll, all the other contact methods I stated before. And NOT ONE RESPONSE! STILL! Once I get the head I , I'm done doing business with these people. Oh... and... I have not been rude or demanding in any of my correspondence, in case you're wondering.

I was speaking specifically when you request a specific head with a doll order. My doll didn't ship with the head I selected, and didn't even ship with the default head that it was advertised with.

Seems like they just take whatever head they have lying around and ship it with the order. Doesn't really matter what head you ordered. If they don't have it, they just ship whatever they have close by, so they can get the order out the door.

Well... No. It's not the right head. It USED to be SDH-71, which I DIDN'T like... and I ordered it with SDH-22, which I do like. And... the SDH-100, isn't what they sent... they sent SDH-113. But regardless... It's not what I ordered. I ordered SDH-22.

I'd love to. Do you have an email for customer service other than david@mistresslovedolls.com? Maybe you didn't read where I've been emailing that address directly, sending many questions through the online contact form from the "Contact" page, and trying to get in contact with them via the online chat. I haven't received a single response to any of those methods. I even tried to call the phone number on the home page...two or three times. No response and no answer. I've been asking questions before I ordered, and then I decided to just order and hope, and didn't receive a single notice after the initial order... no "ready to ship" notice, no "shipped" notice, nothing. I only knew it had been shipped both I kept checking the site, and because I have the UPS app and UPS notified me. I've emailed them about the head, and tried the online contact form again. I have not received a single response from them. Only "notifications" about forum posts... which are generated automatically... so I KNOW they have the correct email address.

Well... My order arrived today. The doll body was in good shape, and well packaged.... but imagine my disappointment, when the head I ordered, SDH-22 (Anna), wasn't in the box. But rather the WRONG head, SDH-113 (Bianca), was in the box. smh. I WILL NOT be ordering from this place again. David has just lost a new, and probably long time customer.

Well. So far, UPS says "Shipping Label Created" ... and that it hasn't arrived at UPS yet. So.... It's UPS ground too. According to UPS online, that's 3 days. So... it won't be here in the promised 2 days. I'm starting to get irritated with this seller, and PROBABLY will be my last and only order from them.

Mine just shipped today. Took 6 days to even ship, but at least it's expected to be here in 2 days. Can't wait. I think I'm gonna have to get some glasses and jewelry for her.

Can someone measure the circumference of her chest/bust? It isn't noted in details of her product page.

I was kinda wondering the same thing about the company. I have sent to messages in the online chat with a couple questions before I ordered, one in the online contact form and even one in email to David after ordering, over the last several days. I haven't received even a single response on any of them. My order is "Awaiting Shipment". It's only been like for a couple of days, but to me, "Awaiting Shipment" means it's ready and waiting to be picked up by the courier.
