Is she missing a bolt or am I being stupid? Besides that she looks great

So I ripped my gals head off on accident (my land lord had to come by and that would have been a weird conversation so she was going back in the box) I've been trying to get the big metal bit off the head so I can try to get it back on the body but cant seem to get it loose. Anyone ever have this happen? Also is this fixable or did I just kill her lol
