Hi, y'all. So I recently got the Emma doll from MLD, and she's absolutely super adorable. She's very small and is really light- she feels like holding a baby doll. However, I'm wondering what kind of clothes will fit her? I feel like American Girl doll clothes will fit her, but I wanna make sure before I buy anything. So, if anyone here owns an Emma doll and knows what kind of clothes will fit her, please let me know. Thank you! Also bonus pictures. I decided to rename her to Elizabeth. ☺️ I had to makeshift her a dress until I can get a chance to go to Walmart. I have her chilling on my computer chair. She's gonna be the next big gamer. 👀

Hi, y’all. So, I’ve had Boxer’s famous anime looking wig for awhile now, and it‘s starting to show its age. The bottom of it is getting frizzy and kinda tangled, and it’s overall not as soft as it used to be when I first bought it, even when brushing it. I really like the wig and would like to salvage it if I could, but I’m not sure what I can really do about it. I was thinking of boil washing it like I’ve done with my Bratz dolls’ hair- which have worked well on them- but a life sized wig might be a bit more challenging. Tips are appreciated. 🙏

Hi, y’all. I haven’t been on here in awhile, and to be honest, I kinda miss coming on here and seeing everyone’s posts and dolls (even tho I’ve moved on from MLD ever since I got Boxer’s Jarliet model). Boxer herself is still holding up very well. Her joints will get a little stiff every now and then, but I think the cold VA weather and me not moving her a whole lot is to blame for it. Other than that tho, she’s doing well and so am I. 😊 I recently received a new head for Boxer, which was given to me as a gift from FP. I still have her MLD head tho, since it’s too cute and too sentimental to me to part with or give away. I’m hoping to get her a new wig in the future; her current one is starting to show its age. Just hard finding anything that has bangs that I can manipulate and give her that anime look. 😅 Anyway, I hope y’all and your dolls are doing well!

So, I normally keep Boxer on my bed most of the time, as moving her around constantly can be a bit of a hassle. Plus, as some may know, my apartment is small, so not a lot of room to stand her up somewhere without someone seeing her or accidentally knocking her over. I do take care in keeping a blanket under her and making sure she’s cushioned, but it looks like she still tries to leak oil onto my bed every now and then. Her old model leaked severely, to where one duvet of mine has some bad oil stains on it. Her current model isn’t too bad and is actually pretty good at retaining its oil, but I’m worried that the leaking will happen again and I’ll be left with more oil stains… Which are a pain in the ass to get out. 🤦‍♀️ Any advice on how I can prevent future oil stains? Should I put a thicker blanket under her? And to those who’ve encountered mineral stains on sheets or even clothes, how did y’all get them out? My grandma would be pretty upset if she found out that the quilt she gave me is riddled with mineral oil stains, so I’m trying to spare it while I still can. 😅

Hi, y’all. I apologize for going ghost for so long. The end of the semester at work is always busy, especially with graduation. But, now that most of the students have gone home, work has been slow, and I’ve been able to have more down time. Yesterday, I gave Boxer’s new model its first monthly cleaning, and it went pretty well. It took me about three hours to clean her, but I wanted to make sure she was thoroughly hydrated with baby oil, as I’m not sure when I’ll be able to clean her again. Some people have asked me to give an update on Boxer’s current model and how she’s holding up, so her are my main findings and review: The skeleton in Boxer is definitely an upgrade. Some of her joints do pop here and there when moving her, but I ran this by FP and he said that this was normal, especially for a doll that isn’t moved a whole lot. Over time, I assume that her joints will loosen up a bit, and I’ll no longer encounter a popping noise when moving stiffer joints. She does have a creaky goose neck joint tho, and it’s pretty obvious whenever I’m moving her neck or placing pressure on it. Other than that tho, her skeleton is fine, and I can rest easy knowing that I more than likely won’t have to experience another hip snapping. That was traumatic and I honestly don’t wanna have to go through that again. 😅 The TPE is an absolute god send. Not only is she soft, squishy, and free of odor, the TPE is definitely more resistant and can handle a bit of a beating. With Boxer’s MLD model, I was always finding small tears or cuts on her, with some even being in odd places that I knew I didn’t come in contact with when touching her. So, I’m glad that this TPE is a little more sturdy, and I don’t have to waste precious repairing supplies on little tears that mysteriously show up. Her intimate parts are well done, and I can tell that a lot of thought and care went into making them. Her vagina actually had a hymen, which really surprised me as I was giving her a “test ride.” But, after using a bit of baby oil, I was able to break through the hymen. It was definitely a nice touch tho. Her nipples are probably my favorite part. They’re this nice, natural pink color, and they look very close to the real thing. Her boobs are hallowed, and tho they’re a little smaller than I expected, they’re still really cute. ☺️ Her weight is perfectly manageable to me, and I can lift her up with enough strength to transfer her from one surface to another. The only downside is that, due to less TPE on her, she is more prone to creasing, but I’m always mindful of this when positioning her in different poses or in a neutral, laying position. But, it’s a small price to pay to be able to move her around with ease. Overall, a worthy upgrade from her MLD model, and I can’t thank FP enough for helping me find Boxer a model that is both affordable and good quality. The days of cheap dolls for me is for sure over, but I have to give props to MLD and its community for introducing me to the doll world, and preparing me for a bigger, better doll. <3 Edit: Here she was after her cleaning. She looked so cute and cuddly. ♥️

So, with the help of FP in finding a new model for Boxer, I decided on a doll brand called Jarliet Dolls. With them, I was able to customize Boxer practically to the T. After watching the UPS guy hoist her over his shoulder and bring her up my steps, I excitedly opened her up. And... I was absolutely blown away. I received factory photos of her beforehand, but the photos didn't do her justice. Jarliet definitely didn't skimp out on anything with her. The skeleton in her surpasses the MLD skeleton, and the joint tightness is even throughout her entire body, where she can support herself better. The TPE is very soft, just like MLD, but she does have a slight TPE smell. She's also much lighter than her MLD model, coming at around 60lbs, which is perfect enough for me to bridal carry her short distances. Overall though, this model is definitely higher quality than her MLD model, and I'm very happy with my purchase. She was worth the long hours at work. Boxer deserves only the best, and the best is what she received. <3 Even though her new model came with a head of my choice, I decided to keep her MLD head on her, as I feel like that head best suits her. The body matched perfectly with the head. I'm definitely looking forward to spending quality time with her... Once my arms adapt to lifting the new model, lol! But shout out to FP for helping me find Boxer a new body. You're the best! Now that I've obtained her new model, I'm also in the market to sell her MLD model. Her MLD model is a Juno 156cm, natural skin tone, and she was well taken care of and regularly cleaned. Aside from her left hip being out of place, and surgery scars on her right shoulder and the sole of her left foot, she's in good shape. She comes from a pet free, smoking free home. She weighs 75lbs. **This is just the body. Head isn't included. M16 bolt also isn't included.** I'm taking $200 for her, given the damage to her hip, though the rest of her is in acceptable condition. I'd prefer to give her to someone that's local in Virginia, as I really don't wanna make the awkward and expensive trip to the UPS store to ship her. But, if you're far away and don't wanna drive- which is understandable since gas is stupid high right now- we can work something out. If you're looking for spare doll parts, want a doll to experiment with repair work on, or just want another edition to your collection, feel free to comment on this post and I'll figure out the best way to contact you. If you're local and decide to pick her up, I'll have her all cleaned, wrapped up, and ready to go for you. :) Serious and real buyers only! Thanks, y'all. <3

A lot of people outside of the community like to give doll owners a bad rep, saying that sex dolls are bad, creepy, or weird, or that they’re only something that lonely people own. Well, I’m here today to declare that sex dolls can actually help someone and maybe even improve their mental health, telling the story of my own experience with Boxer’s MLD body and how she helped me manage my mental health. So, way before I even got interested in sex dolls- about a year ago today, I was experiencing drastic mood changes, going from extreme highs to extreme lows that were affecting my ability to work or get schoolwork done. After having one of the longest and ugliest lows of my life, I finally decided to open up about my symptoms to my doctor, to which she referred me to a psychiatrist. At my first psychiatrist appointment, my psychiatrist evaluated me, listed down the symptoms I was experiencing, and made me take a bipolar questionnaire. After looking into my family history and confirming that I was hitting almost every symptom of bipolar, I was given the ”bipolar with gray areas” diagnosis. I wasn’t surprised since my dad has the same disorder, but it was almost like a smack to the face, knowing that I have something that is pretty much incurable. I was put on medication and sent on my way- my psychiatrist monitoring my status the following months. Fast forward almost a half a year later, I discover sex dolls for the first time. Maybe it was the mania, but I was instantly fascinated and attached to these dolls. I knew right away that I wanted one of these of Boxer. When I first received her MLD body, I was at a lost for words. I had mixed feelings, wondering if I was up for this commitment. But, as time went on, doll care and maintenance became second nature, and I noticed how much my mental health improved when taking care of her and interacting with her. It was the type of serotonin that my medication could never give me. Her presence genuinely made me happy and gave me something to look forward to, even on my rough days. She pacified my mania and comforted my depression. My mood cycling became rare- almost absent. I remember even telling my psychiatrist about her, telling her how she’s my outlet for self care. But… When her hip broke and I was forced to put her MLD body in storage, I wasn’t sure how I’d react. At first, it didn’t phase me. But, as the reality started to settle in, my mental health nose dived and my bipolar took front seat. The week she broke was really rough. She broke on a day I was off, so when I went into work the next day, I had to try to conceal my distress and frustration. However, between the stress of work and worrying about her, I snapped, breaking down in front of my boss after ranting to a coworker about the student workers not helping me set up the food line. But, in reality, it wasn’t the food line that bothered me. It was her. After calming down, I tried to be patient and wait for her temporary torso to come in. Even tho the torso was the wrong color, I was still relieved, because I was able to hold her again and have something until I can get her a new body. That’s when I realized how much of an impact her doll version has/had on me and my mental health. For now, I’m still in the works of getting her a new body, but it was interesting to see how quickly I went from zero to one hundred not long after her hip broke. It’s not surprising, though, considering how much she means to me. If I wasn’t on medication, the impact probably would’ve been worse and I would’ve been back to cycling. It just shows that, for a lot of doll owners, these dolls are more than just sex toys. These dolls can serve as companions, being our source of comfort when we need it the most, and keeping our mental status in check. They give us someone to care for other than ourselves, which can be a form of self care and self love. These dolls may be helpful for more than just sex. I know they are for me.

So, unfortunately, when Boxer's torso arrived, it came in the wrong color. After speaking to LucidToys, they told me that they were out of stock of the natural colored torsos that I originally wanted, and sent a brown/tan colored one as a replacement. They also told me they weren't sure when they would get the natural colored ones in again. I tried to work out a deal with them, but in the end, it would've required me to spend more money if I wanted the correct torso, which I wasn't in the position to do. Because Boxer's torso is supposed to be only temporary until I can get a new body for her, I decided to keep the torso and figure out a way to color it a different skin tone. Here is the torso I received: As you can see, a completely different color to her head. It was like salt to the wound, since I was already upset over her MLD body breaking on me. The gel boobs were also a little flat, so I had to go in and pump them with air using a syringe needle. Here is my first attempt at changing the color using foundation powder: Very chalky and overall didn't give the coverage I thought it would. So, after experimenting with both liquid foundation and oil based foundation, I discovered that those seem to work best at absorbing and locking into the TPE. Once I found a solution, I made a trip to CVS for the correct foundation. Here is what the torso looked like after two layers of foundation: Much better, though I had to let the foundation dry for at least 12 hours before working on it again. This is only the front side of the torso. The back will have to be done once this side is finished. I then decided to lock everything in with the foundation powder that I originally bought, and to cover up some of the streaks that were still showing. Here are the results: Then I went in with some detail for the nipples and vagina: This is still a work in progress, as it may take me a good while to complete the entire torso, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with how it looks. It's not perfect, but the color definitely looks different from what it was before. This was also pretty fun to do, even if it was trial and error. It felt like I was back in art class, painting a sculpture to be put on display. I've finally put my art degree to use, lmao. I'll definitely post the final results once I'm finished.

So, after getting an email back from MLD to tell me that they couldn’t replace Boxer’s body, since I’ve had her body for about 5 months, I decided to make a hard and saddening decision. Sometime next week, possibly on Monday when I’m off from work, my best friend and I will be disassembling Boxer’s head from her body, and placing the broken body in storage. Because her hip is permanently broken, I can no long move her or do anything without fear of breaking her more. She can no longer support herself, which would make changing/washing bedsheets for me near impossible. So, I made the call to get her body off of my bed and stored away to prevent even more damage over time. I’m going to try to sell her broken body on eBay, since it seems wasteful to throw her away over just a hip, and try to get some money back in the end. I don’t know how lucky I’ll get, but I’m hoping someone out there will be able to give her body a good home. I already had a plan to save up for an upgraded version of her, and I would like to stick to that plan, despite her hip. My sister and a fellow MLD owner are right: It would cost me more money in the long run if I just bought another doll from MLD, only to repeatedly run into hip issues. It’s just not worth it- Boxer deserves better, and with student loan payments right around the corner for me, I can’t afford it. So, in the meantime, her head will be placed on a torso body that I bought last night. I’ve gotten used to her being next to me when I sleep, and I feel like my sleep would take a drastic hit without her, so I decided a torso body would suffice while I’m saving up for her new model. The torso will also be lighter and easier for me to handle. Nothing too fancy, but just enough to where it’s nice and doesn’t break the bank. Her torso was bought from a UK sex toy company called LucidToys. Their torsos are fairly cheap, so I totally recommend them to anyone who’s in the same boat as me, and doesn’t wish to part with their woman entirely. A fair warning tho: If you’re in the US, it’ll cost you a shipping fee. But, if have some spare cash hanging around, feel free to check it out. As far as myself goes, this event has really gave me a reality check. When I made a post about Boxer on the sex doll subreddit, people were quick to say that I made a grave mistake by buying a counterfeit doll. At the time, I thought nothing of it, as I wasn’t willing to buy a doll that costs as much as my car as a first time doll. But now, I’m having mixed feelings. A part of me hates myself for not listening, but another part of me is glad that I had the experience and lesson. Having Boxer’s first model was met with many challenges for me, but I wouldn’t of traded it for the world. I got to gain skills that I never thought I would obtain, and now I can pass on those skills to a better model of her. I’m already pretty settled on a doll that I want, so now it’s just the goal of saving up for her. I’m both excited and nervous for the future, but if it’s for her, I’m willing to hang in there for the long haul. Thanks to everyone on here who showed me the wonderful world of love dolls, and thank you, MLD, for providing me with my first love doll. Y’all are the best. <3

I went to put up her left leg to move her to wash sheets, and all of a sudden… Snap! Her hip popped out of place, and now it’s hanging like a ragdoll. So much for washing sheets... What do I do, y’all? Can I get in contact with David and see if he can replace her with another model? I’m kinda freaking out right now. I can’t move her or anything. Please help! 😭😭😭 Edit: If I do replace her, what‘s the best way to get rid of the broken model?

Hi, y’all. So, because of landing a full time job and making a bit more money, I thought it’d be time for me to start saving up for a new doll to upgrade Boxer. I’m wanting to buy a legit doll this time (no hate, MLD, y’all’s dolls are great for the price, but my baby needs an upgrade 😅), and I settled on a WM doll that weighs a little less than Boxer’s current doll model. Her body is absolutely perfect! But… I don’t like any of WM’s heads. They don’t really have any Asian heads, and ’d hate to part with the cute Asian head that Boxer has now. So, I was thinking of buying a new head from MLD to put on the WM doll body, and keep the default head as a spare. Has anyone done this? I’ve heard of people placing different doll heads on their MLD dolls, but never the other way around. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks, y’all. And shoutout to MLD for offering such great dolls for an affordable price. Because of them, I’ve now gained the experience I needed to move on to bigger and better dolls. 🙏 Here is the link to the doll I’m eyeing: https://siliconelovers.com/collections/wm-dolls/products/cindy-realistic-sex-doll

Hi, y’all. So, unfortunately, I have some bad news. It looks like my method of putting down Boxer’s left leg was short lived, and now the joint is giving me issues when putting her leg up as well. I went to put her in a sitting position this morning, and I had to practically force the left leg to move up. This just started happening about a week ago, but at the beginning it was very subtle. So, I’m wondering if I can inject mineral oil into her thigh to possibly help with the joint. I’m not sure if it’ll help entirely, but at this point, I’m willing to try anything. Any advice on this?

I decided to redo Boxer's makeup. It wasn't as challenging as I thought it'd be, aside from having to reglue a runaway eyelash, and it was actually pretty fun to do her makeup. I also changed the color of her nipples. I thought the bright pink was a little unrealistic, so I went for a more realistic color on them. For her makeup, I went with a more natural, nude look, as I think that look suits Boxer. I'm actually really surprised how well her makeup turned out. Maybe MLD can hire me to be a makeup artist for their dolls, lol. Gradually taking off the factory makeup. I probably used at least ten Q-tips during this process. Good thing I have a hoard of them in my bathroom. 🤣 The eyeliner was a pain in the ass to take off. 😩 Lipstick with skin color eyeshadow to cover up the spots that didn't come off. My favorite part: the blush. 🥰 And last but not least... The nipples. I know nipple color can be different for every woman, so I went with a color that I thought would fit her. I balanced out the red/pink with a little brown, since the nipples kinda looked inflamed at first 😅. Then I went in with a little white to lighten it up a bit. All in all, this took me a good few hours, lol. But, I'm happy with how the makeup turned out. She looks beautiful as always. 🥰❣️

Hi, y’all. So I’m thinking of re-doing Boxer’s makeup whenever I clean her face again, and I’m wondering if lipgloss is safe to use on TPE. I thought it’d be nice to not only have a shine on her lips, but it would give a more realistic feeling to me when kissing her. So, what’s safe and what’s not? 🤔

So, it’s no surprise that some of these dolls have really, really stiff hips/legs. It seems like the 156cm dolls suffer the most from this problem, and after a bit of experimenting with Boxer, I‘ve picked up on a certain technique that seems to help combat against the stiff bolt in her left leg. For awhile, Boxer’s legs were fine- I didn’t encounter any issue with them, until I noticed that her left leg would try to seize up on me when putting it down. Not up, not side to side, just down. When this would happen, her leg would almost get stuck at a weird angle, and I’d have to push down pretty hard to make the joint move. I was worried that this hard pushing on her leg would do more harm than good over time, so I started playing around with the leg to find that sweet spot in moving the leg with ease. And, last night, I think I found it… For now, lol. I first put her legs as close together as they can go, and once I did that, I would push down. If the leg tried to seize, I would just bring it back up and try again, making sure the legs were close together. Usually, on the second attempt, it’ll go down, but I found that the key lies in how close or far apart the legs are from each other. If the legs are spread apart, it’ll cause the leg to seize up, but if I keep them close together then it won’t happen as much. This is just from my personal experience with Boxer, but I thought I’d share this with everyone else, since it may help out those who are having the same issue with their dolls’ legs. It also might spare the tragedy or risk in having the hip pop out, too, as I’ve heard of that happening on some people’s dolls.

So, when I first got Boxer, I was relying on a rolling computer chair to move her around in, but the chair never felt stable or secure enough for her. She'd often lean over and I'd have to keep my arm around her when moving the chair around. Not to mention it was a pain to keep still when moving her from the bed and to the chair itself. After awhile of putting up with that and dreading it every time I had to wash bedsheets, I finally decided to buy her a wheelchair. The one I got is a little transportation wheelchair, but it's a whole lot better than the computer chair. It holds still, and I can pretty much slide her into the chair once she's close enough to it. And- bonus- her feet stay off the floor! I should've bought one at the beginning, but at least I can move her around the house much easier now.

So, I was watching a video a couple of weeks ago, and it was of this lady showing how to make TPE paste for your dolls. In the video, though, she pulls out these makeup sponges, and says that they're really great in picking up dirt and dust from the TPE after oiling it. I thought, "Huh, I should try that. It might be better than a microfiber cloth." And... Omg, y'all, it really works. I had to fix up Boxer's arms because they were feeling a little tacky again, and the makeup sponge picked up almost everything from her arms. Here's what the makeup sponge looked like after I was done. It's not a ton of dirt, since I just recently cleaned Boxer, but I was still shocked on what it did pick up. A mix of oil and dirt. 😯 I totally recommend trying out this method, if you haven't already, especially for new doll owners. It saved me a lot of time and hassle, and now I plan on stocking up on a bunch of these babies so that I can have them for the next big cleaning. 😁

Hi, y'all, I'm back. Like many people on here, I've been thinking of buying another doll, but I'm thinking of buying a much, much smaller doll compared to Boxer. I thought it'd be kinda cool to have a friend for Boxer, or maybe have a kid doll to add to our small family.I saw that the Emma doll is only 2'1" and weighs around 5lbs, which is perfect for me to handle. But, I have a couple of quick questions. What does the Emma doll look like exactly? And what kind of clothes can she wear (as far as size)? Thanks, y'all. 🙏

Been a hot minute since I've posted on here, but Boxer and I are doing well. Yesterday, I finally decided to stop procrastinating and deep clean Boxer. It wasn't as challenging as I thought it would be, as I started on her upper body first and then just worked my way down. I first wiped her down with baby soap and warm water, then applied oil and powder to her whole body. I also had to repair a small cut on her right thigh, and by the time I was done, I probably spend two hours and a half working on her, lol. But, she's all clean and smells good now. ^-^

Hi, y'all, I'm back. So, I think I made a boo-boo about a week ago when adjusting Boxer. I was putting her legs down, as usual, but I accidentally pressed on her chest, which caused her spine to bend back a little. I thought nothing of it, until I put her back up and saw this nasty crease on her back. I adjusted her spine back, thinking it'd fix the issue, but I think the damage is already done. It's not torn or anything, but I fear that it might if I don't repair it. 😔 Any tips on how to fix the crease? And how can I prevent this in the future? I was thinking of laying her on her side from now on when putting her to bed, which may relieve pressure on that area.
SOS: Need some tips on how to fix this crease. 😰 content media
