I made my first order last week. scheduled shipping with UPS "my choice" for a date and time i would be home at an extra cost with UPS. Today the doll was delivered 4 hours before scheduled time, and to my neighbors house without requiring a signature. UPS would do nothing to fix the issue except tell em what house it was shipped too. Shipping was very fast and order went smooth but it was pretty embarrassing retrieving a box with a doll in it from my neighbors that had been opened... Probably won't be ordering again.
