That last pic is very attractive. Some subtle expression differences but regardless someone knew what they were doing with all of these heads it seems. I was a bit worried about choosing number 6 for Kiara but I'm really liking my decision now. A short wig is in order tho for a bit less maintenance for . Just a thought tho... in the interest of fairness maybe clarify in your post title that the bad experience was from shipping on ups's part. Seller does seem to have a good rep and it definitely seems like your bad experience reflects on ups and not the seller
