I ordered my 5th doll on December 2nd and got her December 7th when I unboxed her I discovered that they sent me the wrong head and it was damaged with something rattling around inside I ordered her with head 2 and was given 22 I figured it was a honest mistake so I emailed them and got no reply so I emailed them a bunch mo times like 10 over the last weeks and still got no reply. So I called got a voicemail left a message still nothing left 3 more messages and it’s now December 29th and I still haven’t heard from them on fixing my issue this the first problem I’ve had with them and it seems like they don’t care to fix it.
