I have searched the forums for an answer to this and can't find an answer. I thought it was this topic that brought me to MLD in the first place.
In short, can you use petroleum jelly on MLD dolls? I have read somewhere about using petroleum jelly on the crotch, elbows, and knees, and other places that get a lot of wear and tear. I was thinking about using it to rust proof the neck bolt. Anyone know the answer?
Thanks!

Thanks for the answers, guys! I really appreciate it, and so will Mina!
Yes, petroleum jelly is ok as long as you don’t repeatedly apply it in excess.
it will eventually soften the TPE to the point that it will start to degrade.
but a single application won’t be anything to worry about.
