Welcome! The Julia head is really pretty. I can agree that the 168 is rather skinny, but I have the medium breast model though. The smell will go away within a few days, if you don't plan on company I'd have her hang out in the second bedroom and let her air out in there. Mine don't really get much sexual use, they more so hang around. I sometimes keep mine in the closet in my master bedroom, but since I do date and have a girl that comes over regularly I keep them all in the spare bedroom as the girl likes to go in and out of my closet sometimes. I would just keep them out but she's not the most open minded, but we're making headway with that. Lol.

Anyways, I mildly have social anxiety, or maybe just anti social. (Wasn't always that way, seemed to happen after my divorce) but when I was totally single I enjoyed having the dolls just dressed up hanging around my house.

Couldn't deal with the stink anymore so I put it (sorry - not calling 'her' - not there yet lol) in the shower and washed it down well with the one part dish soap to 5 part water mixture. Then baby powdered the hell out of it. I can't believe how much baby powder I had to rub it in to get it less tacky. It was worth it though because after all that was done – it did feel a whole lot better, but still may stink? Not sure because the whole room stinks - I have the room airing out now... I guess I'll see tomorrow if the stink has diminished. I still have not told my movie producer friend about it so maybe there's a small chance I'll keep it?

Oh - ps - I cleaned her vag out too even though that part won't be used. I don't have an aquarium pump, but to dry it out I stuck my air compressor nozzle up there and let the air flow out at a very low rate. I jammed my finger up there afterwards and it was bone dry. Just an idea for you guys if you happen to have an 'adjustable flow' air compressor.

Well it arrived today and I owe you guys my review (I’m gonna do it bullet point style – in no particular order)

• I was shocked at how pretty the Julia head is. I thought the stock pics were just spruced up and that it would be very fake looking – Well I was WRONG! I do, however find it to be ‘inhumanly’ small though. Surprisingly nice wig too (not that I know anything about wigs).

• It did not come with the USB warmer, but no problem as I did not intend to ‘use’ the doll that way.

• I find the doll to be way too skinny, but I knew that going in. The waist size is again - ‘inhumanly small’.

• It was very oily, but I was cool with that as well because I did not mind rubbing it down with baby powder at all 😉..

• The smell is a bit much..

• I did not find the 75 lb weight to be a problem in any way (not bragging, but like I said earlier – I'm a pretty muscular/fit guy..)

• I should have chosen the medium boob option as the large ones are way out of realistic proportion (again – I saw the pics and chose them so I cannot complain. I read time and time again that they are very realistic feeling, but no – not at all – they are in comparison to real (or even implants) VERY HARD.

• Couldn't care less, but many of the finger and toe nails were missing.

• Definitely won’t be used as a cuddle buddy because like the boobs – it's just too hard to feel realistic (as far as feeling/groping goes)

I think overall that the doll is very fairly priced. And if it really compares to the $2k to $3k dolls then it is a steal!

Problem: It’s already in the closet... I don’t think this hobby will be for me. I do not regret the purchase though – it was worth the shot!

My close friend is an indie film producer – I'm sure he could use her for many scenes (whether as an extra in the far background or even as a dead person.) Don’t worry – I will not let him throw her off of a building or anything of the sort LOL!

I'm sure I will have many questions to come, but for now I actually have advice (or at least what I think is a good idea).

I'm going to admit that I am not going to be open about this – and have spent many hours trying to figure out where I will hide her. I have a 2 bedroom condo which is obviously not that large, friends that visit, my big brother, mother and yes - I actually do have women (sometimes) who visit (my bedroom).

Anyway - after the hours of research on flight cases and storage lockers I have finally realized my best spot. My master bedroom has one of those large closets with double sliding doors. I ordered 2 hook latches that I'm going to install on the inside of the right door which will simulate it being broken or stuck. If for whatever reason someone tries to open it - I'm sure they will just think it is broken and try the other side which will slide open normally. Even if they stuck their head in and looked to the right they wouldn't see her because of all the hanging clothes. And for me to open the latches I would simply open the left door, squeeze in and unhook the latches. I'm pretty happy with that decision - what do you guys think?

Also – how many of us are closet owners? (pun intended). LOL

First off, welcome to the forum! You made the right choice coming here. These doll's are some of the best for the price, no joke. You won't be disappointed.

Second, I, like you, have my dolls as companions for the most part so it's nice to meet someone like-minded! To some, this is strange but, honestly, it's no different than having a pet if you think about it. You even have to give them baths once in a while 😆

If you decide to share pics of your new companion we'd love to see her in the jogging suit!
