Bought the new Charlotte "Tan" 161cm, My first doll of this size. She's sexy but a bit different from the photo on this site. She doesn't have the teeth I'd thought she'd have as shown in the photo and I'm not sure f she really Tan. Here's some pics.

I have done the same as well, but when I purchased Monica (over a year ago) and from another site, I got EXACTLY what I ordered! Notice that ALL the dolls here have the exact same measurements. but looking at the pics that people post on these forums, they look different that what they ordered as well. I have re-done Monica's makeup on my own, but she still looks (facially) the same as the pics when I found her.
@Sum Ol Guy and @ss73 Something to consider, when you look at the pictures, of Dolls, on Any Vendor’s Site. The pictures shown, have been taken by a Professional Photographer, with ideal lighting conditions. Add in that those Dolls, have had a LOT, of Ladies Makeup applied, by a Makeup Artist, before the Photo Shoot. So, when you look at those Pictures, the Dolls almost seem alive, and look like a real Woman, in many cases. Very similar to Movie Actresses...take away the Makeup and Movie Lighting, and a lot of them don’t look so amazing, either...
I too, have been a little disappointed, sometimes, when I received a Doll, and thought, she doesn’t look as beautiful, as the Sales Picture. So, I spent some time enlarging some of those Sales Pictures, and studying them....analyzing why they looked more beautiful...
It was skillfully applied Eye Shadow and Eyeliner, Shiny Lipstick, and artfully applied Blush... that was the difference (Just like many Real Women, I have dated).
So, I have learned to apply Eyeshadow and Eyeliner, Blush and Lipstick, to my Dolls...(Skills I never thought I would learn, being a Guy) I still am not very good at the Lipstick. I have to use a lot of Baby Oil, applied with a Q Tip, to get clean lines, on the Lips.... One Trick I have learned....if you want the Mouth to be more open, with the Lips apart....stuff a Cotton Ball, inside her Mouth...it will spread her Lips, nicely, and is White, like Teeth...

I'm NOT complaining about the quality, it's great!!! But when the pics don't match the product, that's called false advertising!
This David is notorious about not sending you what's advertised in the actual pics he's selling on his site! Same thing happened to me as well. Those are clearly two different heads from what you posted. He steals those photos from the JYdolls site and uses them for his own and turns around and sends you something different. Great business practice he has...
She is a very Fine Looking Doll! And, I received the same head, as you got, when I ordered the A-14 Head, on a Doll, last year. If you look on the bottom of the Head, near the Screw Hole, you should see A-14 imprinted, there. Like you, I was expecting the Teeth to be more visible, but, they are not on mine, either...
She looks pretty fine as a Secretary, in Glasses, too...
