I have ordered three dolls and two heads from this distributor.
With the exception of one of the heads, each item has had a defects. Doll one. Right arm joint was loose so the arm would not stay up or extend out. It would only hang down.
Second and third doll. Each broke at the hip, totally separating the leg from the skeleton. I cut them open and found heavily rusted joints. They seized up and broke completely off, and the sharp ends protruded through the TPE body.
This happened within 60 days of purchase. (The dolls were never in contract with water)
The defective head, had TPE and eye lashes glued to the eyeball and one ear was deformed.
I also ordered an extra set of green eyes that I did not receive.
I contacted the company twice.
First time I was asked to send pictures which I did and never heard anything after that.
The second time was for the latest doll that seized and broke in less than 60 days. No response from the company at all.
I have bought from other doll companies and have not had these issues. I also have not seen these square tubing skeletons used in any of the other dolls.

This is concerning. I just placed an order yesterday. I hope this doesn't happen.
When the leg seized, it was straight up. I pulled it down and it separated from the skeleton and ripped through the TPE. It was extremely sharp and jagged, and could have easily caused some serious damage. It did rip a hole in the fitted sheet but fortunately didn't puncture the mattress.
It's my loss as a consumer, and as stated in my previous post... having bought the lower price dolls from MLD before I didn't expect it would last more than about a year at tops. I'm just disappointed it didn't last two months.
Because you’re getting a doll for around $500. You can’t expect a Xelex or Starpery.
