It looks like a human to me. I think that you have got it wrong. Well, her dress shows that she is a human because she is wearing a Japanese dress from Harajuku store. I have recently saw that dress on a fashion website.
I thought human as well, until I noticed the backs of her knees. The folds don't look right, but they do if it were a doll...

Looks human to me. I looked at the thread linked on that page and I never realized how many women posted naked photos of themselves on forums like that.
If I found the correct picture, it looks like Franziska....
