Feet need to be shoulder length apart, back straight , arm to the side, it’s somewhat difficult if they are forward, like they are reaching for something because this makes their weight shift forward. Regular shoes help out with the balancing (not high heels), but I would have them leaning on a solid object.
While it is Possible, to get your Doll to Stand, unassisted....it really takes a lot of work, and patience. It is much easier to have her standing, while leaning against something, like the side of the Bed, or against the Couch...or standing next to a Chair or Desk, with her Hand holding her up...
