@Shrek Thats a difficult question, to answer.. I think weight really is the deciding Factor, when Choosing your First Doll... Because until you own One, and come to terms with the reality of what Dead Weight means, it is hard to explain. You may be very Strong, and a big Guy...but, moving around a Soft, Human Sized Doll, without damaging it, is more challenging, than you realize...until you learn how to do it.
I stay with Medium Sized Dolls, 60 Lbs or less, mostly, for that reason... That means 150cm Tall, or less, typically... Most of my Dolls, are around 145cms, and weigh about 60 Lbs. That is a comfortable weight for me, to carry and move around.
Once you get to 160cm and larger, the Dolls start to weigh 75 lbs, 85 lbs and up to 120 lbs... Gorgeous Dolls, for sure, but heavier...
I think the buying process really just comes down to Choosing a Pretty Face you like, then pairing it with the Body Size, you are comfortable with.
Definitely get one with Standing Feet....it gives you more options for storing her...
One more thing, if you choose a Doll Body 140cm or larger, you can pair it, with Any Head. 135cm Dolls and Smaller, really look best,(in my opinion) with the Small sized Heads...
I went with the 158 and have since been a little by the weight. It's really not too heavy but a bit of a pain sometimes. Had I got a shorter doll instead, I would have regretted not getting a taller one. Check out the size comparison rk did on a post for me a couple months back. It was really helpful. In the end you'll probably end up with more than one doll anyway. At these prices, they are addictive like most here will admit.
