Glasses make a huge difference

I understood your statement the first time. I've ordered nearly 20 dolls in the past 3 years and most of them from MLD. If you didn't receive the head that you requested, then they made a mistake that should be corrected. Have you emailed customer service yet at the email address I sent you? And, if you did, did you provide them with pictures proving your complaint? The only reason I commented about the 3 extra heads I ordered over the weekend, and the response that I received from David, is that MLD didn't fulfill my order with just "any head lying around". Since one of the three was out of stock, David asked me if I had another preference. If I didn't have another preference, I'm confident I would have received a refund. Anyways, sometimes their response is quick. And sometimes it's not. I have found throughout the sex doll industry that customer service is sub par. Their websites make many statements and many promises that are not true in reality. I've even had a few problems with this company. Sometimes it's resolved to my satisfaction and sometimes it's not. I'm not sure if this industry is very well regulated...especially considering that the overwhelming majority of sex doll companies and manufacturers are from China. But, as far as sex doll companies go, I have found MLD to be more customer service friendly than most. And, given that they're a discount sex doll company, I don't think you're going to find a better price for the size and scope of the dolls sold by MLD. But, if you do want a higher quality doll, you will pay more money for it, as I have. I understand you want to get what you paid for, as well you should. But, sometimes it takes a lot of prodding to get it done. I don't necessarily agree with that. But, in my experience, that's the way this industry is as a whole.

Yup... I've emailed customer service at Roxy display, David at mistress love doll, all the other contact methods I stated before. And NOT ONE RESPONSE! STILL! Once I get the head I , I'm done doing business with these people. Oh... and... I have not been rude or demanding in any of my correspondence, in case you're wondering.

I never thought you were rude at all, only frustrated. I completely understand.
