I posted in December that dolls weren't for me. I had only has Heather a month when her hips didn't bend correctly and the waist wouldn't bend unless I put all of my 240 pound weight on it. After removing all of the TPE I found the hip area is made out of very thin square tubing and had broken along the weld. poor workmanship was the problem. This should be tubular steel as tubular is stronger for an equal diameter. Also the hip joints were overly tightened before the nut was welded into place not allowing any movement between the 2 tabs. Again poor workmanship. This is why these dolls are so cheap, poor quality control. The right elbow was always loose and again improper adjustment of the net before tack welding. I thought pictures may help others to explain the issues. The nuts on the screws of ALL joints are welded in place so tightening and loosening is not possible without major surgery.
