To those of you who have recently placed an order, I'm just wondering how long you waited/ have been waiting to see shipping info and receive your order.
I was really expecting to have seen something by now but not a peep. As far as I know everything I ordered was in stock but I guess you can't really tell.
Send an Email to David, asking if your order has been shipped. Include your a Order Number...
My most recent order...a couple of weeks ago...I placed on a Friday, and It shipped on Monday...and arrived at my house on Wednesday.
I emailed him a couple of days ago and haven't heard back yet. Sounds like you had good success!
I guess so... I know things are taking longer, these days. Last year...before all this craziness started...I ordered on a Friday afternoon, by 3:00pm...they shipped it out, that day, and it was at my house, Monday Morning...
my order was paid for 7/31/20. I still haven’t received any info besides my receipt. It is now 8/11/20 and I’ve emailed both David and mike. neither have replied back to me yet
You can send an Email directly to Customerservice@RoxyDisplay.com, and maybe get a better response. I assume you have an Order Number?
Yes I do! I will give this one a try as well. Hoping for some answers soon I’m getting a little discouraged now after a week with nothing to show besides an emailed receipt.
