    Considering a doll… But I have one issue.

    in General Discussions

    So, now that I’ve had my question on the Hazel “6” doll answered, I’m seriously considering her in the future. But, the apartment I live in has a flight of stairs (not too many, but just enough to where carrying her may be a bit awkward). To doll owners that live in an apartment or house that has stairs: How do y’all manage this? Are there any techniques or tips that would make carrying her up and down easier? I’m wondering because I wanna make sure I’m prepared for this challenge ahead of time. Again, thanks to anyone who answers my question. This forum and the community are seriously so helpful and wholesome. 🙏

    Easier way is to stand her up and crouch down and bear hug her bottom then stand up.

    Thats the way I carry them.

    @ArtiSan09 LoL…looks like I am the answer man, today…

    I carry my Dolls Two Ways… The Bridal Carry, if it’s a short distance, say, to the next Room…

    But if I am carrying a Doll Upstairs, or Downstairs, I lift her onto my Shoulder, Face Down….this works well, for me…allowing me to maintain good balance…
