Panties are a hard fit as the waists are tiny and the hips are generally 4-5's wider. Usually it will fit the hip but bunch at the waist. On anything get as close to the measurements
as you can and go for tops that can be tied at the waist or neck😉
Everything I have so far I size small, and can be tied up to fit. The pic with the tank top is actually boys size m, found a whole pack on clearance at Walmart for 5.00 so why not. I'm sure the larger bust may be more challenging. Also, get a cloth tape measure and do your measurements underbust and then bust, and you can use those measurements online in a bra sizing calculator to find the nearest size.
When looking for clothes... be sure to write down the measurements on this site. Most sites have measurements listed along with the size.
I have had 2 custom outfits made for a (100cm) be careful on dress length and try to get close to the waist size. A sash/belt will sinch a 21' to the perfect size! 😁
Also by halter tops with elastic waist style under cups. Calvin Klein has some beauties even for smaller 125s. You can adjust around the neck and tuck under to lift the breasts. 😉
Shoes are another big problem. Dolls feet tend to be thick and so getting shoes based on foot length doesn't always work. I have some youth 2's that fit to women's 4 1/2.
Anyways, be prepared to get a few items that may or may not fit, unless you always error to the large side and don't care if it's a little too big and doesn't flaunt the perfect figure. I have recently found things with a belt are nice too, because the belt can be used to pull cloths in around the waist tighter.
Depends upon the particular items and brands. Unfortunately there isn't a perfect answer to your question. I find that for my 156's and my 165 they can share same clothes. For tops and dresses i get xs-s. Occasionally I will even go with a petite s if it has some stretch for the large breast. Pants are juniors 00-0. The hard part is getting things that will go over breasts and butts but not be baggy as heck in the waist. Even small bodycons which are supposed to be snug all over tend to be loose around the waist. Actual women rarely have 19-20" waists.
Be sure they're loose enough for your doll to be flirty... 😉😎
Cups a little better with the slightly shorter back strap.
A little better tie on the Halter top! 😉

Size 4-5 (100cm~135cm)
Size 4-5 Bottoms fit well on a 100~135cm the top waist band is thick and sits high on the waist the bottom itself hugs the hip😁
100cm medium. Size 4-5 bathing suit would fit perfectly on a large bust 100~125cm. Amare` doesn't quite fill it out. Halter does tie in the back. 😁

I do tend to shop on ebay a lot because of price but I try to catch clearance sales at local retail. Kohls has some really great fashions.
