Sorry, can't answer, there may be some online doll shops that may sell adult looking clothes for a 100cm, I recall seeing one at one time. But I think you'll have to go the route of getting kids clothing if shopping retail. Xs woman's and even juniors clothes will be far too big, as I had my 156 in an xxs dress that fit her.
There used to be a member on here by the name of jpop I do believe, and he had his 100cm all dressed up, you can possibly search his name and find his posts
I am curious about this too. I looked at waist measurements and came up with 6-9 months but that will not work without a flat chest doll or tailoring i think. Skirts and stockings should work though. Notice the picture has stockings and skirt but some kind of weird nylon bust cover. I wish they had a small breast model, might be easier to fit. Anybody else have a good answer?
As noted above, clothing in the 2T-4T range, fits the Isabella doll...
Found a few sites that sell 100cm clothing. A little googling.
Looks like he used 2t-3t based on item. I will have to try this out when i get mine.
