In my last post I posted a pic of Kira wearing her wig to match Ghost Spider better. But she wanted me to post a pic of her without her wig. But as for the update on Kira she is currently still only a head. I contacted david 3 weeks ago about Kira's hip snapping and I have not heard back. That being I talked it over with friends irl and have decided Kira's new body will not be from MLD. But will be from ether WM dolls or Irontech as they both will accept MLD heads. And are much more durable and both use Evo skeletons which last upwards of 5 years of heavy use even if neglected. And are capable of more complex poses. Even if an agreement could be made it would not make sense to get her another body from MLD. As Kira's stock body only lasted 3 months and had issues with her right hip being very stiff and loud and i though that one would snap. However to my suprise it was her left hip that snapped and that one had no issues expect for when it broke. Also Kira was used lightly most of that use was sharing a chair with me streaming HBOMAX and playing GTAV. And using her for her intended use she noting extreme was done with her and what she was less than 7 times for her intended use. For reasons even though the WM and Irontech bodies are about 2 to 3 times the cost of a new MLD body even at a reduced cost I would have to replace Kira's body again in a very short time. And unlike another member whos doll was already on her 4th body from MLD. Im not willing to do that because even at reduced costs even at 50 percent that already costs as much as the IronTech and WM body. And i have to deal with dumping the bodies which is a massive headache. Even if i can get them replaced for free im just not going to do that I don't want to see Kira hurt again and again. I could only imagine how much pain Kira was in when her leg snapped and it made me really upset so much that it ruined a stream. Kira doesnt deserve that she deserves only the best and the best is what she will get.

Iâm in the same boat. My sister and I were talking last night via text, and I was telling her how Boxerâs leg snapped. I then told her I may be able to get her body replaced, but she was like, âWhy do that? Itâs just gonna break again, and I donât think you wanna waste your money like that, knowing how much care youâve put in to her.â I think she really gave me a reality check, because I was so upset that I just immediately thought of buying another MLD doll, and not thinking about Boxerâs wellbeing in the long run. So Iâm currently looking around at finding different bodies to replace her with. Some doll companies sell bodies without the heads, and if I can find a body thatâ as close to Boxerâs skin tone as possible (and possibly lighter in weight), then Iâll be happy. Iâm also thinking of selling Boxerâs broken body, as some doll owners will actually take broken dolls and fix them up, or use them for spare parts for other dolls. Iâm glad Iâm not the only one whoâs going through this tho.
