Alice SDH-38 Head Size is Smaller?

I just bought the Alice 38 doll with 145cm body. Also bought the #100 head. The Alice head is much smaller and although it fits fine with the 145cm body, I thought it would’ve been a normal sized head.

Are there two sizes of this head, one for the small and one for the larger bodies?
